Villa Addaura B&B is situated in
a beautiful postion on the sea-shore (
just 7 mt from the sea), a few minutes by
car from Mondello(5 minutes) and
Palermo(15minutes)
near the bus-stop that connects you to the city.
The Villa, immersed in the Mediterranean
vegetation, with a very well tended garden
around, has the direct access to the sea (only
ten meters) photo. Your vacation will
start entering the house, where you will find
the peacefulness and the frendly Italian
hospitality. The house is situated in one of the
most suggestive and panoramic point of
Mondello’s gulf away from the traffic. The villa
has been recently build than it’s new and well
kept from the staff. The house has two floors:
on the higher floor, three bedrooms (double-bed)
finely kept, furnished of climatic ventilator
and two bathroom with shower-box and bathtub;
on the lower floor a big living-room with
satellitar Tv and air-condition and the kitchen.
A big solarium on every two floors. You will
find the comfort, welcome and relax that you are
looking for; the owner with his complete
disposability will contribute to make your
vacations wonderful. Breakfast, self-service, is
pleasant and plentiful; the living-room has
direct access in the garden with a stone-table
for wonderful breakfast with sea-fragrance, than
there is a completly functionality for your best
holidays. The charming village of Mondello with
its many shops,restaurant and ice-cream parlour,
is only five minutes by car from Villa Addaura.

Il B&B Villa
Addaura si trova in una splendida zona in riva
al mare a soli 5 minuti d’auto dal paese di
Mondello e a 15 minuti da Palermo, vicinissima
alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici collegati con la
città. La villa, immersa nella vegetazione, gode
di un giardino finemente curato tutt’intorno con
accesso diretto sul mare. Entrando ci si sente
immediatamente in vacanza e nella più completa
tranquillità, essendo la villa distante da zone
trafficate. La casa è situata in uno dei punti
più suggestivi e panoramici del golfo di
Mondello alle pendici monte Pellegrino. Di
recentissima costruzione per cui è nuova e
perfettamente curata nei minimi particolari dal
proprietario. La villa è disposta su due piani:
al piano superiore, tre camere da letto doppie
finemente arredate, provviste di ventole
climatizzanti e due bagni con box doccia e
vasca; al pian terreno la cucina e il salotto
con annessa sala da pranzo provvisto di tv
satellitare e aria condizionata. Solarium
spazioso con rispettivi lettini al piano
superiore e al piano inferiore. A Villa
Addaura troverete la comodità,l’accoglienza e il
relax che desiderate; il padrone di casa con la
sua completa disponibilità contribuirà a rendere
il vostro soggiorno ideale. La colazione,
selfservice,è abbondante e gradevole, il salotto
ha accesso diretto sul giardino provvisto di
tavolo in pietra a vostra disposizione per una
colazione al profumo di mare, per cui c’è la più
completa autonomia e funzionalità per rendere le
vostre vacanze il più piacevole possibile. Il
villaggio di Mondello con la sua pittoresca
piazza, i suoi numerosi ristoranti, le gelaterie
e i negozi si trova ad appena 5 minuti d’auto
dalla villa.

Das B&B
Villa Addaura hat eine wunderschöne lage on
direkt am meer ist nur 2 min. mit dem auto von
dem strandort Mondello und 15 minuten von
Palermo entfernt und liegt in der Nähe von
Bushaltestellen, von denen aus Sie die Stadt
leicht erreichen können. Die Villa liegt ganz im
Grünen und ist von einem gepflegten Garten
umgeben, mit direktem zugang zum meer. Sie
werden sich sofort in Ferienstimmung fühlen und
die totale Ruhe geniessen, da der Verkehr in
einiger Entfernung vom Haus ist.Das Grundstück
befindet sich an einer der anschaulichsten
Stellen im Golf von Mondello, und am Fusse des
Berges Pellegrino, und bietet ein einmaliges
panorama. Der Bau ist neu und daher mit allen
Bequemlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Villa hat 2
Etagen: im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 3
doppelzimmer mit ausgewählten Möbeln und mit
Ventilatoren ausgestattet und 2 Badezimmer mit
Dusche und Badewanne, im Erdgeschss befinden
sich die Küche und der Aufenthaltsraum mit
Speise-Zimmer mit Satellit-TV und Klima-Anlage.
Auf geräumigen solarium-terrassen im Stock und
im Erdgeschoss stehen Liegen zur Verfügung. In
der Villa Addaura werden Sie Bequemlichkeit,
Gastfreundschaft und Entspannung finden; der
Hausbesitzer wird Ihnen geme zur Verfugung
stehen und zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt
beitragen. Das Self-Service-Frühstück ist
reichlich und gut; vom Aufenthaltsraum konnen
Sie direkt in den Garten und an einem
Stein-Tisch Ihr Frühstück einnehmen und dabei
den Duft des Meeres geniessen, sich frei bewegen
und damit ihre Ferien so angenehm wie möglich
gestalten. Der Ort Mondello mit seinem
malerischen Dorfplatz, seinen zahlreichen
Restaurants, Eis-Dielen und Geschäften ist in 5
Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Meer, die
