B&B is situated in a strategic position a few
meters from the Mondello beach, the shops and
public transport that connects you to the city
of Palermo(twenty minutes by bus). The villa has
been recently entirely renewed preserving those
famous Italian interiors .In the Villa there are
3 rooms and 3 bathroom and the breakfast, in
self service,appears delicious and plentiful.
You'll also be able to enjoy a well shaded
garden characterized by the great banana tree
that gives the name to the place.Your vacation
in the Mediterranean will start entering the
house, where you'll find warm and friendly
Italian hospitality . Come as a guest and live
as a friend, this is the owner 'motto'.Stay with
us in a quiet , laid back environment, ideal for
'siestas'… and walk 10 minutes to enjoy unique
Sicilian cuisine in restaurants, 'trattorie' and
'pizzerie'...and later bars and nightlife
comparable to Sardinia and Capri. May visitors
will be able to attend to the Windsurf World
Festival hosted by this town every year. The
staff will advice you on any activity or
sightseeing you might be interested to do.

La villa de
Il Banano si trova in una posizione strategica,
a pochi metri dalla piazza del paese e dalla
spiaggia, vicinissima anche alle fermate dei
mezzi pubblici collegati con tutta la città. La
villa, interamente ristrutturata e curata nei
minimi particolari dal padrone di casa, gode di
giardino circondato dal verde e caratterizzato
dal grande banano che da il nome alla residenza.
Entrando nella casa, si avverte immediatamente
l'aria della vacanza e del relax. La villa è
composta da 3 camere da letto ognuna con bagno
privato, salotto con tv.Le camere sono tutte
arredate con grande cura e offriranno un
tranquillo riposo.La colazione, in self service,
risulta abbondante e gradevole, il salotto che
si affaccia sul giardino e un cucina funzionale
a disposizione di tutti lasciano già immaginare
la grande autonomia di cui si può godere e la
possibilità di costruire la propria vacanza su
misura. Nella villa de Il Banano vi sentirete
praticamente a casa vostra, ma saranno il mare e
il sole inesauribile della Sicilia a tenervi
compagnia, e il padrone di casa con la sua
completa disponibilità contribuirà a rendere la

Die Villa “Il Banano” (Der Bananenbaum), wenige
Meter von dem Zentrum Mondellos und dem Strand
entfernt und in der Nähe der Bushaltestellen die
Mondello mit der Stadt verbinden, liegt
sicherlich an einem sehr günstigen Standort. Die
Villa ist vollständig restrukturiert worden und
der Gastgeber legt sich ans Herz, daß seine
Gäste sofort ein entspanntes Urlaubsgefühl
empfinden können. Der Garten, der das Haus
umgibt, zeigt sich durch den großen Bananebaum
aus, der der Villa auch ihren Namen gibt. Die
Villa besteht aus drei Schlafzimmern jedes mit
unabhängigen Badezimmer und einem
Gemeinschaftsraum, in dem auch ein Fernseher zur
Verfügung steht. Alle Zimmer sind geschmackvoll
eingerichtet und gewährleisten Ruhe und guten
Schlaf. Das Frühstück – als Selbstbedienung
organisiert - ist ausgiebig und die Küche und
das Wohnzimmer ermöglichen jedem Gast sich einen
Urlaub nach Maß zu schneidern. |
